Niladri Sharma is a Product Design Strategist and the Founder of Nishth, a boutique product design studio focused on building scalable digital products for startups and enterprises.

Through Nishth, Niladri partners with founders, product teams, and organizations as a strategic design partner and Single Point of Contact (SPOC), leading end-to-end product design engagements—from early-stage discovery and UX architecture to design systems and production-ready interfaces.

Informative website with different booking facilities. This project also involved interior photoshoot and video shooting of the entire premise, drone videography, branding, social media handling and printing. In this project, I worked as a Project Manager and Project Co-ordinator, overseeing end-to-end development and delivery of the entire project.
SETU (Support, Empathy, Transformation & Upliftment) is a campus-wide digital platform designed for Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur to centralize student support, improve communication, and enable proactive well-being systems.

An interactive online course platform
As an SME in UI/UX my main contribution with Great Learning lies in development of content for different UI/UX course modules, an instructional designer and creation of different study materials. My work also includes creation of course materials along with graphics for instructors.
Apart from building course materials, my work also involves creation of study materials, sample assignment creation etc.
UI/UX Consultant
I was associated with Accolite Digital as a UI/UX consultant. I had been involved in project understanding, requirement gathering, brainstorming sessions with stake holders and PMs, design planning, creating wireframes and interfaces according to stakeholders’ requirements, creating HTML layout, development, troubleshooting in different phases of the project and mentoring and training interns and freshers.
During my association, my initial involvement was to create intranet portal (on-going), to be used for leaderships in identifying different aspects of business. Involved in designing of mobile application OpsForce, which is a replica version of AIMS in terms of data and high-end data information platform for leadership teams. Involved with Accolite’s Marketing team in designing and developing Marketing collaterals.

I started as a team lead and after a short spam of time, I had been promoted as a Project manager and Project Co-Ordinator and was handling over 6-7 clients and a team of 8 people. I had been involved in assisting marketing team to finalizing projects, project valuation, timeline. As a Project manager and a Project Co-ordinator I was involved in planning, organizing, and overseeing the implementation of technology projects, including managing resources, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders. I was responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the requirements of the organization and stakeholders. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing risks, communicating progress, and ensuring quality control. Lead designer, as a designer, it was responsibility that the designs fit the client requirement, up-to-date design standards.
